Collect from our warehouse: free
Pick up from our warehouse at 40 Robbs Road, West Footscray VIC 3012, between 9am and 5pm on your hire start date (pick up start dates are Monday to Friday). Your dress is held for that day and is not available before it. Bring your order number.
Posted Australia-wide: $30
We send by Australia Post Express Post, timed to arrive before your event, with a prepaid return satchel already in the bag. The $30 covers both directions, so there is nothing further to pay when you send it back.
- Melbourne metro: usually next business day
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra: 1 to 2 business days
- Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional: 2 to 4 business days, so book with more room
We dispatch within one business day of your order and email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is sent. We post only within Australia, to the address given at checkout, and cannot redirect parcels mid-transit.
Returning your hire
Posted hires: seal the dress in the prepaid satchel and lodge it over the counter at any Australia Post outlet by the final day of your hire. Keep the lodgement receipt. Your hire ends on the day you lodge it.
Collected hires: drop it back to our West Footscray warehouse between 9am and 5pm on the final day of your hire. If your final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, bring it back by 5pm the next business day.
Please do not clean the garment. Cleaning is included. Late returns are charged at $20 per day, per garment. See our Hire Terms and Conditions for the full detail.
