Pick ups and returns
We're an online store, so there's no shopfront. Pick ups and returns are at our space inside the CLIK Collective shared warehouse, 40 Robbs Road, West Footscray VIC 3012. You can only collect your dress on your hire start date, between 9am and 5pm. It isn't available to collect on any other day, and pick up hire start dates are Monday to Friday only. Bring your order number.
Return it between 9am and 5pm on the last day of your hire. If your last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, bring it back by 5pm the next business day.
Try-ons are by appointment only.

You can book a try-on at our West Footscray warehouse and see the pieces on before you choose your date. If you're local, it's the best way to book.

Running late with a return?
Message us before the due date rather than after. We're always much more flexible with people who let us know.
Something gone wrong with a piece?
Tell us straight away, and please don't try to clean or repair it yourself. A mark we know about is almost always easier (and cheaper) to fix than one we find a week later.
